Terms

ClassVani is a school communication app for announcements, class photos, and private teacher–parent messages. By creating an account you agree to use the service for a real school or family relationship and not to misuse other people’s data.

Schools (the tenant) control who is invited. Parents access only the classes and children they are linked to. Self-serve student accounts are for Play and Exam Prep only; class roster children do not have a classroom login. You must not post unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted material you do not have the right to share. Exam Prep questions are original ClassVani practice items — not official board, NEET, NTA, NMC, state CET, College Board SAT, or ACT papers — and scores do not predict board marks, rank, or official SAT/ACT results.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. School administrators can ask us to remove a school’s data when they leave. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.

Contact the school that invited you for classroom questions. For product privacy or account deletion, use the Privacy Policy page and the contact details there.
